I was going to order, but the shipping cost kind of ruined it for me. It just felt way too expensive for what it was, almost like I was paying for the item twice. I know shipping isn’t free for them either, but still, if the package isn’t that huge then it shouldn’t cost that much, at least that’s how it feels.

They have a decent range of brands overall, but a few of the ones I specifically wanted weren’t available. Not a huge deal, but it was a little disappointing when I went looking for them..

I had to send back a shirt that didn’t fit right, and I was already bracing myself because these things always seem to turn into my problem somehow. I figured I’d end up digging around for instructions or waiting forever for someone to sort it out.
But the return steps were actually clear, the label showed up fast, and my refund came through quicker than I expected. For once, I didn’t feel like I was being punished just for ordering something that didn’t work out, so that was a relief.

I ordered a couple of shirts and a hat from Palmetto Moon, and I was a little relieved when the package showed up exactly right. The sizes, colors, and actual items all matched what I picked online, which was nice after dealing with mix-ups from other stores before.
Shipping was totally fine, but the biggest thing for me was that nothing was missing or randomly swapped out. It was just a smooth, easy order, and after trying them out, I’d definitely feel good ordering from them again...

The exchange itself went smoothly, so I can’t really complain there. It just took a little longer than I expected, and at times I felt more like a ticket number than an actual customer. It worked out in the end, though.

I got my Palmetto Moon order confirmation quickly after checking out, which was reassuring. I had a easy time ordering from Palmetto Moon online. The website was simple to use, and my order showed up when I expected it to. Everything looked right when it arrived, so I really don’t have any complaints. I’d shop with them again for sure, i wouldn’t mind a little coupon or credit for sharing a good experience.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake, which was annoying enough already, so I was bracing myself for the refund to take forever like it usually does with stuff like this. But surprisingly, it hit my account way faster than I expected. They also sent an update email, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on. kind of a relief because returns can be such a headache, but this one was painless.

I emailed about my order and waited several days, but never got anything useful back. It felt like no one was really checking messages. The whole experience was frustrating, and if customer support is this hit or miss, I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Cute finds, but I wish there were more options"
I’ve found some decent stuff at Palmetto Moon, especially when I’m just browsing for hats, tees, or casual gifts. The brands are usually good and the style is right up my alley, but it’s kind of frustrating when the size or color I want is already sold out. Sometimes it feels like I’m a little overlooked as a shopper because the things I’m actually interested in are the ones that disappear first and don’t seem to come back quickly.
I do wish there was more variety, especially with women’s tops and seasonal pieces. It’s not a bad place to shop at all, and I’ll still check it out from time to time, but the selection can feel limited depending on when you look. I like the store overall, I just don’t always feel like there’s enough there for me to make it my first stop.
